The one he got in the 2013 playoffs against Chicago pretty much changed things as far as I'm concerned. He just didn't look the same the next season.
It was poorly tweeted, as they meant Thursday, September 10, 2015.

Weinstein's appearance on behalf of Richards took approx. 1 minute. He said there is still "initial disclosure" to be provided by Crown
What exactly is 'initial disclosure'? Does that mean his lawyers are waiting for the RCMP to provide information/paperwork???

Good questions dee.
So now it is postponed to 12/8 and then it will be to enter a plea. This could take until next offseason just to make it through the courts.

Meanwhile his contract has been terminated. Can he play in the U.S. while this case is ongoing? Any immigration attorneys out there?
I see no reason for the NHL to change his current free agent status. Not sure how this impacts the abritration hearing.

This guy is not an immigration attorney but he can play one, since he doesn't mind playing a sports/contract attorney most of the time in Forbes. (He is actually a trademark attorney. Go figure.)

That would be perfectly fine, delay any threat of his full cap hit coming back until the off-season, then pursue a regular buyout, if necessary.
At that point, I wonder if Dean would argue a buyout should only be 9 years as they would have paid a $1.32M penalty this year.
The grievance arbitration doesn't have to wait until Richard's legal case is resolved.
