Send Hoffman packing, even if it means parking him in some small minor league team in the middle of Montana. Within a half year this will become old news.

Another angle to consider in all of this, is that the Ottawa org's feud with media from close to the end of the season could grow. If allegedly (according to Marlee Hammond) Melinda wanted to keep this private, then pretty scummy of the Citizen to blow this story open. Especially when it's going to affect Dorion's ability to "resolve" it , for lack of a better term, by moving on from Hoffman.

Hoffman didnt do anything. Obviously his fiance is horrible. People suggesting to boo Hoffman or direct their anger from her actions to Hoffman are disgusting. Hoffman is in tough spot side with the person he loves and has been with him before his career took off and risk career suicide or sever ties with her and continue on with his career.

From a personal standpoint this f***ing sucks Zibanejad Turris Lehner Silfverberg Karlsson and Hoffman were my favourite guys and were what I wanted this teams core to be and it should have been now they are all almost gone

I was 100% against the reporter that leaked the Alfie/owner thing because Alfie asked for off the record and it wasn't really reporting. This one though, can't blame the media. They would have seen something about the filing of a protection order and then dug down to find out. Any reporter would do the same.

The better half of me agrees and wants to give him the benefit of the doubt. However he's been dating her for 10 years so he must know if shes the type of person that would do it. Perhaps she has dirt on him and knows she's fked enough to drag him down with her, or he's just that shitty of a human bein himself.
