Do I think Babcock is a douchebag? Yes but he does have alot of experience and I do like that Oilers are getting a coach with experience. To be honest I don't really care much about the coach what is really important and why the Oilers have not won a stanley cup is because of the poor roster decisions. Trading away all are draft picks, signing guys for too much money and too much term, doing impulsive signings/trades like Campbell and Jarry. Not keeping young talent trending up like Broberg and Holloway. Unless Oilers find a way to make some big upgrades to the roster before next season the team is not going anywhere.
 
Well I will say I wanted a hard ass coach.. but I was thinking of the Torts brand of coach... not a full-on a-hole like Babcock but hey I guess if that's what the Oilers want then that's what they get.

Once again... Cup Or Bust but hopefully it's not a bust yet again this year.
