It will be interesting who comes out for Bunting in game 5. Knies has been excellent. I gotta think Lafferty or ZAR come out. Kerfoot probably finds a way to stay in.

That 4th line has been great. Why would you tinker that?
Laferty killed someone with a great hit, ZAR has had two great hits tonight.
Bunting is not defensively responsible nor can he get to plays fast enough
He'll stay out of the line up baring an injury

If we win the next game we shouldnt tinker with a line up that would have won 3 in a row in the playoffs.

I would send Bunting to the press box the refs are watching him very closely ready to nail him with any penalty that they can invent
Kind of worried he will cost us a game with a stupid penalty or something

If we're healthy and take game 4 you don't mess with the lineup IMO.
I agree that the 4th line has been good but Bunting is still a 50 point winger and someone has to come out. Maybe Kerfoot comes out, I don’t know. It depends on how game 4 goes. Also game 5 is at home and you have the match up advantage. We have 13 good forwards. Good problem to have. But I think writing off Bunting is a mistake. He’s had 3 games to reflect and get his mind right. Wouldn’t surprise me if we seem him more disciplined and focused and there’s still some offensive potential in there.
100% should go back in the lineup and wait till the last minute to put him in.

Bunting plays well but worries me that he will take stupid penalties again.

Not gonna wish the depth away, but if the teams healthy he sits until someone (Kerfoot) really screws up.
Yup, and the league does hate him. We get officiated a lot tighter when he plays. Fair or not, it is what it is. He's always a distraction on the ice, for both teams, officials, fans, everyone.

I’m in wait and see mode for now. A lot depends on tomorrow’s result and how well Lafferty and ZAR play. Both guys have had more bad games than good in this series so far. If they stink tomorrow I think you have to put Bunting in over one of them. If the Leafs somehow dominate I’d hold him out again.

Kerfoot hasn't missed a game in like 3 years, anyone thinking Keefe will sit him is just wishful thinking.
He would at least be coming back in at home, and probably under strict orders to not engage on anything. He'd probably take a ton of abuse though.
I just don't know who you take out. You can't take out Knies. And I think Keefe values keeping his 4th line together and defensively responsible, and I'm not sure he'd want to trade out Kerfoot's defense for Bunting higher offensive potential.

We do if he is going to be a distraction. Tampa knows that the refs we being hard on him and try to goad him into retaliation. Because of this we are better off without him
We have played 3 games so far. One with Bunting……we lost, 2 without him that we won

The only guy you take out is kerfoot.
I actually think Kerfoot has been pretty good this series.... given his skillset and ability. The one thing he brings consistently is effort and hustle. He has brought that and has not hurt the team in any way. Where does he stand compared to Bunting? I don't know. MAybe bunting brings more, but maybe on reputation Bunting brings the team down.
ZAR is way more effective in the big picture. He has thrown some big hits and can muster up some offense. Between him, lafferty and kerfoot, ZAR has brought the most to the table. Lafferty has been decent as well. He's a good 3rd/ 4th line player and does what is asked of him.
I think Bunting has a tough time getting back on the roster to be honest.
