Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. This game blows! Just pathetic! We seem to have the biggest issues with little midgets. Fluery use to destroy us when he was playing now we have Goodrow killin us! No words!
Good for Johnny Gaudreau though. What a success story. He's an example of why hockey is the best sport in the world; success can be achieved no matter the weight or height.

Just a mind numbing loss against a team that is known to be strong in the 3rd, very disappointing. Weak loss, Sutter will be pissed! Hopefully it puts the kings off their christmas pudding.

Thank goodness for this break. I'm burnt out, can't imagine what the players feel like, haha.
At least we get the Sharks on Saturday. Those guys have no reason to play us hard.

I like this team and I still think their play is trending up--the brain farts can be fixed as they were in 2013--but we still desperately need to shore up the D. We all know DL will be doing his homework between now and the trade deadline.

This isn't McBain or McNabb's fault, but it's just way too obvious what the Kings lost on defense. Now they're gonna ride Doughty into the ground for almost 30:00 a night or more at times. Kings lost 2 top 4 D and haven't replaced either.

Does anyone realize the irony of this single game? Please ignore Anze's broken stick that hit the puck earlier in the game; that's just a red herring anyway.
Kings were up, 3-0, as of the 2nd Period.
Then, as of Johnny Gaudreau's goal, it ended up being 4-3, Flames, OT.
Yet another wake-up call from another Canadian team that the Kings are too busy wanting to be Orcus on His Throne.

Kings haven't won at home against Calgary in a few years actually. That's also 3 games in a row at home against Calgary where the Kings blew a lead late and lost.

Agree, Doughty looks spent towards the end of the 3rd and onto OT. He just couldn't move and wasn't too sharp either. The mind said go but the body said no. I think he hit the proverbial wall.
It's not an excuse. It's just illuminating on Calgary's relative dominance of the Kings at Staples.

Yeah I'm not blaming them per se but championship caliber D is not going to be rolling out McBain nightly. Now obviously we're missing some roster and nonroster players but other teams are winning with less.

Yep, everyone looked gassed by the end of the game. Doughty playing 34 minutes in a game is lol. He played 32 again tonight. No wonder he's sucking.
It's hockey, you can't take it seriously.
No, it didn't feel great tonight. Turned a win right into a loss. You should have seen the life sucked out of Staples in the OT goal. No one could believe it.
Doughty went total full ZOO Pejorative Slur in the OT, allowing that 2 on 0 to develop. Must have still been thinking about kicking in the tying goal.
Oh, well. Always look on the bright side. We got a point.
