Not that they shouldn't be excited about winning the big game, and I know that rivalry goes way deep, and Rodgers is a an arrogant tool on a good day, but... over the past 60 years the Lions are 1-12 in the playoffs while the Packers are 32-23. Doing that much of a victory lap over just getting to the playoffs is maybe not a great branding moment for the franchise.

They didn't get to the playoffs. That victory lap was just about preventing the Pack from getting there as well.

Seattle is in because the Lions won.

Jaire Alexander throws the Griddy at JJ...

Only to have Amon-Ra St. Brown and DJ Chark throw Alexander's own seatbelt celly back in his face a week later on the play that ended the Packer's season... Alexander looks less than pleased watching it!

Also how's patches looked for you? One more injury and we were going to dress Future Considerations.
So far he has looked really good. His scoring has been just as advertised, and he is playing a more physical game than I was thinking he would. While his speed isn't top half of the league, given his injury and reputation (slow) I am also please with where his skating is as well.

Definitely worth some considerations, even future ones.
