I guess I agree that you don't want a broadcaster loving Rust's 340th terrible shift in a row, but I guess I just come down on the side that I don't want my color guy analyzing the game. That's what I'm doing postgame. I want my color guy adding interesting anecdotes to the broadcast. Bourque isn't adding anything interesting. He's basically this site, distilled into an audio form, and one relentlessly negative (even if deservedly so) firehose of hockey is enough.
Probably going to just simulcast the radio and TV side, tbh, and management likes Bourque and Getzoff better for whatever (*cough* Boston *cough*) reason.
