Look for the Staal/Stralman pairing to have a good series. They will be key in moving the puck out of the zone because they have the best IQ of our pairings IMO. I expect give or take 4-5 points out of that pairing this round.

Edit: Never mind. The Lightning thread revealed the reason to me.

I will just say now that St. Louis is an overpaid, underperforming, old fart. Perfect for Sather, yes, but not for a Cup run.

How about give him a chance to see what he has in the playoffs? He was really coming alive with Stepan and Nash before he got the scratch.

I'm worried about the road games. I don't trust the mouth-breathers in that city to not throw things at the players. We don't need Staal getting hit in the head with a battery.

Kind of funny since an ex Flyer and member of the '94 Canucks told me that MSG was the absolute worst place for that kind of stuff.

You're worried about Staal getting hit in the head with a battery? Some of you people need to take it down a few notches and relax a little.

Its Philly. You cant trust those animals.

I don't see anything happening besides us winning. That being said, I wouldn't really advise being in attendance in Philly after what happened at the WC. I've seen some videos from Devils fans where they got jumped as well. It just doesn't seem like a very safe place for opposing fans to enjoy a game.

Admittedly I have never attended a Rangers game in Philly, but you can count on security tossing people who throw things on the ice. I've seen that happen a time or two over the years around the NHL.

Focus on the ice folks. That's where the game happens.
