Although they were collectively bad in the 3rd, the players are looking tougher to play against. Now the coach needs to get on board.

Next time you have a pp with 20 minutes to go take it seriously unless you're up 10-0. His gentleman shtick makes him look weak and is bad for the team. No one cares about respect in the handshake line.

My list of guys I didn't like tonight:
- Knies
- Robertson

If your list is only two guys, regardless of who they are, your team is probably having a good night.

Those first 2 periods were as enjoyable as I have watched all season.

The third was predictable, and unfortunate that they let them sorta-kinda back in it. False hope is a wonderful thing for your opponents.

Special teams are still a problem. Sammy being hurt, if it is something, is something I would prefer not to have.

Edit: This with us missing Marner, Bertuzzi, Jarnkrok. Honestly, Brodie should never play again unless injuries dictate.
