Very surprised there's not a thread on this already.
At the end of the Oil game yesterday, McDavid pulled up with an apparent injury and stayed on the bench through the last 4:20 of the 3rd as well as overtime (ended in a Jets win).
I didn't see the game, the only reason I know is because of random next day articles. Couldn't quickly find a video to show when it happened, Athletic thinks it's something muscular.

Edmonton Oilers star Connor McDavid was injured in a 3-2 overtime loss at home to the Winnipeg Jets on Saturday night, and coach Jay Woodcroft told reporters after the game that "it appeared to be muscular more than anything (else)."

McDavid did not play the final four minutes of regulation or any portion of overtime.

Anyone know anything? Woodcroft said there'd be an update today.
Also: at some point threads like this can turn into a "McDavid sucks" or "Edm sucks" or whatever, I'd ask ppl to not post those types of posts if possible -- personally am looking for the most current news and / or further context about this, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who is. Mods feel free to lock the thread if things get too far out of hand.
Thx!

EDIT: found a video of Connor's last shift in the game, at 0:07 he grabs his left hip, then continues to skate for another 20 seconds or so, though to me it looks like he can't accelerate. Hopefully it's something as simple as a cramp rather than a full-on muscle tear
