McDavid heating up, what are odds on 150 points this season?

Over the last 10(not including leafs game) games McDavid has 22 points, 12 EVP, 7, PPP, 3 SHP. His 5on5 on-ice sh% is 7.8%(8.8% on the season) his PP production paces him for 57 PPP over 82 games, which he currently has 54 of.

Scoring 22 points over the last 10 games... and he hasn't even been lucky. Basically, his pace over the last 10 games is fully sustainable at the level he's been playing at lately.

He’s an amazing player. I just feel his skill wasted in Edmonton, can’t see him winning a cup with them.
Hopefully when his contract is up he finds a team that can finish.

It was just a few days ago it was noted how quickly he hit 800 career points.

He’s got 815 now. A few days later.

It likely won't happen with only 20 games left in this season, but he's going to leapfrog past Marchand in career points here in short order. Only 33 points back of him now.

Maybe Marchy licks or kicks somebody and gets suspended?

It’s crazy how quickly he keeps pumping up his career average.

He entered this season with it at 1.431 PPG and with this game, it’s now up to 1.485 PPG.

Somehow he’s knocking on the door of Bossy who is 1.497 PPG and 752 games played. I never imagined that the further into his career he went, he could sit behind only Gretzky and Lemieux there as well.

Obviously, by the end of his career, McDavid will slip back below Bossy, but the interesting question is if he can pump it up enough to buffer his average for the back half decline and keep ahead of Orr, with many more games played under his belt.

With the rate he’s ripping past 800, it looks like he could pass Stastny for 4th quickest to 900 points who did it in 599 games. McDavid needs 85 points within his next 49 games to do it quicker.

Imagine if he didn't play in the stingy Pacific and got to play all these easy Atlantic teams more.

After tonight he’s on pace for 156
Better pick up the pace then haha. Really, really, really love the addition of Ekholm. Game changer for the Oil. So calm moving the puck out of their own end, it is going to make a big difference in McDavid's ES points.

Okay but hang on, that dude's name was really Punch Broadbent?

Update: okay actually it wasn't. Harold Lawton "Harry" "Punch" Broadbent.

It's weird how they used his nickname in "Punch". If that's the case why not use the nick names of the other players on that list as well? lol. Guess it would be weird to show "McJesus". lol
