There's no way this team should be taken lightly. It was clear they've been in pretty good form leading up to this game and they've carried that forward after surviving the first ten minutes.

It's embarrassing how this team let the game get away from them over five minutes in the second but at least USA is showing good fight.

Honestly i had this very confident feeling that US will not do well in this game.

Every year they have at least one bad game against weaker teams, just like any other team pretty much, but their roster isn't as good as Canada for example (they can play at 50% and still win) or that big of a desire to do well in this tournament (like Finland for example). They just have to get that good feeling (like now after beating Finland and Russia) and face an opponent who is trending upwards and that's pretty much it.

I wouldn't jump into any conclusions though. They'll shake this game off as always.
