The same way as Switzerland had more quality than the Austrian side :sarcasm:

Jokes aside, no doubt you are right, but I am talking about determination that inevitably arises after being so harshly treated. If FRA, as a result of long penalty minutes, would be, say, 3 goals down, it would be a different story, but 1 goal deficit is nothing.

+1!! True story

The refs are quite horrible indeed, the 5 plus 20 is ridiculous but also the second call on Hollenstein is totally cheap. Swiss power play is really bad though, we need more shots and less fancy moves.. I miss Niederreiter and Moser

Da Costa fell all by himself, Treille has to able to control his body and keep his elbow down, do you know what Roussel told the refs? There has to be a reason that you don't know. Stop talking nonsense buddy!

I do not agree with that, a light tripping from the swiss player ;)
It doesn't deserve a fault maybe, but he didn't fall alone.

switzerland will kill us

thanks to the ref

No penalty called when SDC was hurt

Treille : clearly unintentional

Rouss : be smart 12 min is enough regarding the situation...you can understand french team frustration :shakehead

Refs are paid by the Swiss (who managed the IIHF...)

:D:D kipe coule man!

No idea what's more ridiculous: suggesting the refs were paid off or suggesting this Swiss team could "kill" any other national team in the world. And I'm including North Korea.

the swiss dude desequilibrate SDC (touch the skate with his stick) and Treill began his move before Hembling came in his back)

see slow motions before open your mouth :sarcasm:

I don't know what Antoine said but I hope this is the same words I used

If you imagine you'd stand there on the ice and would see Treille-Helbling live in realtime.

Everyone of you would call exactly the same penalty. Everyone.

Yet that's not the french league, contacts are allowed in international hockey..

Would love to have an update about SDC when 2nd period starts. :)

I really hope the bolded part is tongue-in-cheek.

Don't like our game at all so far. No presdure, just skating around with the puck.
Defensively ok, so I'm not that worried against better teams, but I want to see more aggression in the offense

Roussel got a disciplinary penalty for crying about the non-offside call on the first goal (which was actually NO offside).
He did get the second one for not shutting up = match penalty.

SDC did get injured before the scene with Hollenstein, really hope he is ok, never want to see a guy get hurt!
