As someone who's seen most USA games and most of the Finnish games, I have to say that Team Finland are definitely the favorites here.

The Americans have been pretty bad throughout the tournament and now they've lost a couple of their best players (Abdelkader + Trouba) for today's game. That's a recipe for disaster.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was a 3-0/4-1/etc. game. And I definitely wouldn't be surprised if the US wouldn't make the play-offs.

Actually, it appears it's a team built for the future. And not a bad concept. I'd imagine the older American players who played a full NHL season weren't all that interested in extending their year another two weeks or so.

I thought this would be an impossible task. Then I took a look at the US roster. When was the last time it was this weak?

If USA looses today most probable quarter finalists will be Russia, Belorussia, Latvia and Finland. Now who could have guessed that at the beginning of the tournament?

Am I the only one who gets a mini heart-attack every time Rinne goes to play the puck behind the net?
