Czechs are controling the game most of the time, it's only fair that they are in lead.

Maybe you should watch some NHL games. The Czechs aside from veterans like Jagr act like sissy soccer players who go down like shot when someone puts a hand on their face. Oh the drama. A player love tapped someone in a playoff game! To the penalty box you go!

Guys we have the penalty professional here. Kontiola just steamrolled over a defender who was too weak to stay on his skates.

I like this game though. Intensity, passion and goals both ways. Love it.

Pure incompetence. Russian refs have never been favorable to us in international competitions and I'm surprised Kummola accepted these refs. A certain poster's infatuation with "superior Russian KHL refs! seems so laughable right now.

I think it was the crosscheck by Kontiola that made the difference, yes both players were kinda gluesticked together showing each other, but it seemed clean until that crosscheck neck height.

The Czech can control the game anyway they want, but Finland got screwed on a goal with an extremely questionable call. That is not okay.

You are going to get screwed by poor reffing now and then but Finland has really had a few too many of those lately. Hard game for the refs though with 17k czech's screaming.

In every professional league where physicality is allowed that's a good goal.
