Guess who has the second most EV goals in the last 4 years? I doubt many of you would have guessed.

However, I have been blown away by his defensive play this year. Once again yesterday, he stopped at least 2 2 on 1's with his backchecks and the goal he scored started in the defensive zone.

I am usually not a fan of the +/- but his +22 is good for 5th in the league. The second best on the team is Weise at +11.

His 5 on 5 GA/60 min is 1.358 (team avg is 1.94)
His GF% is 70.5% (team is 56.2%)

He is a big reason why the Habs are the 4th best team at 5 on 5 this season. Of course, having Carey Price helps as well.;)

+22 this season O.O (yea yea +/- doesnt matter, its still pretty impressive considering that theres no1 on our roster whos remotely close to him)

Wow, wouldn't have guessed. Even strength point production is so valuable in a player, good for patches!

What website did you use?

I honestly think a full season with Galchenyuk could vault Pacioretty into rocket status. He may never win one, but he'll be in the hunt. 16 ES goals, all with a woefully inept powerplay and playing half the season with Desharnais. That's damn impressive.

He's been great on my FH team. I knew before the season he would improve upon last year.

I've got Pacioretty, Ovechkin, and Tarasenko, as well as Getzlaf. Gimme the goals. :yo:

Very nice.

That image makes me sad because of the missed time for Stamkos breaking his leg. Still not playing nearly as well as he was prior to the injury.

He has been great on the PK as well. Likely the next captain, does pretty much everything right, on and off the ice.

Might be the most underrated goal scorer in the league. Looking like he'll be our next captain too!

The really impressive part about his +/- is that he can have it that high while being a regular PKer. He and Plekanec is probably Montreal's best PK duo this year.
His offense could be a bit better, and I think it will be as the season goes on, but he's never looked better defensively. He's becoming a great 2 way player.

Is there a guide on how to use that site? It's a confusing layout and I can't find any help on how to customise searches.

Just player around with the play index under category "player season finder" to search and sort through player statistics in single or multiple seasons. Very useful and customizable search tool.
