You would get into a physical altercation with a total stranger inside a bank if they cheered in your face?

Are you insane?

To be fair, the Maple Leafs didn't fire the GM.
To be fair, he said a conversation. ;)

And how surprised would we be if someone did do that in a line at the bank? Probably not shocked as erosion continues.

What Gudas did was very much classless, however it was also clearly unsportsmanlike.

Maurice saying it was kinda funny is also clearly classless too.

Both should receive some comeuppance at some point.

I frequently see line-ups in banks when meeting my advisor. Being old school I don't fear seeing a live person.

I have been in two bank line-ups this year ...
 I don't think people avoid banks because they're scared.

In a perfect world, Toronto will get the chance to yell in Bobrovsky’s face when they eliminate the Panthers from the playoffs this season, hopefully.

Then coach Keefe can say how funny he thinks it is. I can’t stand Maurice, f***ing loser.

If I was to go back to my 1st year Behaviour Psychology class. I would say Gudas was playing the part of a predatory dominant male role the entire series. Standing over someone, showing that sort aggressive behaviour, in a persons personal space, when that other person is in a vulnerable state, is consistent with dominance. I can understand why Gudas did it, it's 100% consistent with the mental state he was in the entire series, it's also 100% consistent with a guy who just did some rails too.

Dominant dogs show a similar behaviour by getting on top of a submissive dog.

Too bad our guys don't have big sets like the black and the brown dogs. Why do ours always play like they've been castrated?

Lol, the way he did it right in his face? You're God damned right I would. If you'd let someone do that to you I'd suggest you're the one with the problem, not me.

No joke, when our little cockapoo started to reach the end stage of his life we got another dog. Aussie doodle. Neither my wife or I had any idea he'd be such a big dog. The day he had a size advantage over the smaller guy, that's exactly what he'd do. In fact, he'd just stand over the little fella glowering at him to assert himself.

Who goes to the Bank?

Business owners like me. There's a dozen things you can't do online or at the machines. Very frustrating. They'd save so much money just making it easier.

You learn a lot about dominance when you own a dog.

Honestly, I think he's the best goalie they've had in my 54 years. He was so great positionally and just gave you a steady, comfortable feeling. Cujo was good but it was all athleticism and reactionary. Very different styles. I prefer the calm guy.
He's my favorite Leafs goalie ever.

He was just the right amount of both stability and insanity.

Remember the pictures of him hanging out and drinking with some fans at their place just after he arrived here? My kind of guy!

There used to be an awesome poster here by the name of "arrbez" that had a drunk Eddie and Mats avatar, this story reminded me of that.

The moral of the story is that Eddie freaking Belfour is the man.

They essentially did fire him. In fact, Dubas himself has stated the Maple Leafs fired him
