I don’t think yet. It’s possible he’ll pass Bedard soon though, as Connor is having a disappointing sophomore season.

No, I’m not even saying he’s necessarily the better player today. But I think by the ends of their careers it’ll be clear michkov had been the better player

There is another Russian kid coming up soon who also seems to be absolutely ridiculously good

Yeah maybe. It’s really hard to tell much yet though. I suspect they’ll be similar when it’s all said and done.

I feel both bedard and michkov have produced exceptional well to start considering both are playing on two of the worse offensive minded teams in the nhl.

2g, 1a, +3 in his two games since being scratched. Looks like he has responded well. And the Flyers have gotten 7 out of a possible 8 points in the 4 games beginning with Michkov’s scratch, although they were lucky to win last night. Michkov has had Anthony Richard on his LW and Poehling and Frost as his centers the past two games.

And he was the first star in both of these games too. He is, undeniably, a game breaker. Let’s see if he becomes more consistent.

Torts put him on a line with a couple of plugs last night and it was really not working, but finally started shuffling things in the third period.

Michkov needs to play with skilled guys, otherwise its such a waste for everyone involved.

The people whining about Torts scratching a young kid to get some pressure off of the kid have since moved on to a thread kvetching about Torts wearing a hoodie. It's possible Torta isn't the stooge some make him out to be
