yeah problem is players like this just arent traded because the price teams are willing to give up arent worth it.There’s no real plans to trade Barzal and the offers have been awful for the Islanders honestly. A middle 6 forward, 1st and average prospect just won’t cut it. That just honestly seems counterproductive and would just scream player wants out so dump him cheap. As much as people hate to see it, Barzals age and play style prove he can go for an Eichel style package/a bit more.
I mean Mark Stone extended brought in as a center piece Brannstrom and Oscar Lindberg + 2nd
so should give an idea of what ur really going to get.
teams are cheap majority of the time.
