He is severely uncreative. I really have not seen him start a play or make something out of nothing. You are right, if he doesn't beat you with his speed then don't worry about him

He has poor hands and limited vision. Honestly, he plays like a left over from Torts system(same with Cally).

The only reason I would be apprehensive of trading him is that I would love to see him paired with fast wing/center. But, the organization has to make a decision if those types of players are going to make the club.

If not they may be better off sending him somewhere else.
