I'm with you. They can get their time together on the PP or PK. 5-on-5 should never happen imo. Marner neuters Matthews. Matthews plays like a beast without MM.

No roster news yet as far as I am aware.

Hoping Marner is back and Stolarz is in net.

Definitely. If Marner misses this one I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't pulled from the 4 Nations which would be a huge blow for Canada.
It'll be great to get the MVP back.

Yeah, that is why I included the Sportsnet link. It containts more relevant info rather than mostly betting stuff. I've dropped Twitter from my life so normally I would have info from Masters and Alter, but neither of them are on bluesky.

I wouldn't be too worried if Marner misses this game. The 4 Nations will likely be more like an all-star game with less contact, so he could well play there anyway (depending on the nature of the injury).

But yes, great to have Stolarz back.

8-9PM I can deal with time to time but 10PM (or god forbid 10:30) are pretty rough. Anyways, keep the streak going cause Saturday in Vancouver will probably be an auto-loss.
 
I'm happy to miss this one. I suspect it will be an easy Leafs win, but also a pretty boring game. Seattle is settling into what is going to be years of mediocrity.
