The Leafs are competing for a cup and Bracco has yet to play an NHL game. He'll be in the top-9 next year. I think they're taking advantage of their depth to develop him properly. Marleau and Brown, forwards 9 and 10 on the depth chart are available this summer which will punch a hole for him. Try then.
Month ago to get a decent prospect in our system. Everyone on leafs board wanted value for him like sandin liljgren. So I said no thank cited his skating as a reason. My idea was to get him as a tough third pairing going forward. But he doesn't hold the value of liljgren or sandin. So there is no point in wanting him. Honestly I brought him up before any of you guys talked about him. Funny how that works

And no we were not talking about him being arguably our best D prospect that's a lie. We just have no reason to move him.
And his skating is not bad for 6'7.
And also I'm waiting on those reports of his bad skating that will never come.

Cause it won’t help a team for 3-4 years beyond that. So instead of it helping in 3 years it’s 5 or 6. Not to mention the amount of scouting that is into players this year will be much more than next, which will be much more than the one after etc. So teams won’t be sure what kind of draft it really will be
Most don’t think Kapanen, Liljegen, or Sandin are spare parts, they’re just being held “off the table” nearly all the time. Which would be why the spare parts comments come out

At this point in time he hasn't proven sheet. He was playing for a Swedish lol team and then got loaned out somewhere else. So he isn't worth more than the guy who got traded for muzzin. So continue to puffing up another leaf prospect like you always do.
