are the guys we choose from at the end linesmen or lawyers or janitors? What kind of not NHL caliber guy am I choosing from?
I mean Kaiser is a 22 yr old LD who has been solid for Hawks and looks every bit the part of an NHL 4-6 going forward

Problem for Hawks (A good problem to have) is our D is fully jammed when it comes to kids
- 23 yr old LD Alex Vlasic (Established NHL top 4)
- 23 yr old RD Louis Crevier (Showing NHL quality play this year trying to establish himself)
- 22 yr old LD Ethan Del Mastro (AHL all-star last year, Looks good in NHL this year)
- 21 yr old LD Nolan Allan (Looked good first half of year, Coaching change saw him playing less and is back in AHL)
- 20 yr old LD Kevin Korchinski (Looked improved in brief callup this year, AHL all-star this year)
- 19 yr old RD Arytom Levshunov (Looks promising, seems lock to be on NHL roster to start next year)
Possibly in que
- 24 yr old RD Victor Soderstrom (Hawks acquired his rights and speculation is he will come back to NA)
- Taige Harding and Sam Rinzel are in NCAA potentially to be signed by Hawks (Harding rights expire in August)
Add in very real possibility Hawks could be drafting #1 and may end up drafting LD Matthew Schaefer (The most likely #1 pick in this draft and appears to be BPA)
Someone from Hawks D group (Kaiser and Allan seem most likely) will be trade chip for forward help
Slaggert is just an energy 3rd/4th liner at best type who could have potential to be 20-30 pt guy down line. Nothing amazing but someone most likely to stick around NHL for longtime
