Woke up, turned on game, turned tv off and still gave more effort than the team.

Guess Rangers are staying at Cirkus Cirkus?

Vegas is a counter-attack team and we gave them the puck in terrible spots for us that lead to 10 rush chances, 5 odd man rushes, 4 goals, and quite frankly, almost all of it was from the 4th line and Jones-Hajek that couldn't understand the brief of don't turn the puck over, have numbers back, and take the man out or stay with your man.

That 2nd and 3rd period were about as bad as it gets.

I don’t think anyone played well, but Hajek is especially bad. This was a rough night for him.

Also that third line is awful. They don’t do anything well.
Have to agree about this, 3rd line hasn’t been good for a while. It is such a shame Gaut can’t hit the ocean from a boat, because I do like him. Chytil I am done with. Time to do something about that line.
On to bigger and better things on Saturday night

The effort just wasn't there today. 3rd period they had like 2 shots on goal. Seems so weird compared to the Oilers game.

Didn't get to watch the game tonight, but I'm about to watch highlights. Or maybe not since Vegas seems to have dropped 35 shots on us to our 19. LOL.

Something was off tonight, no fire at all. Guess the tired from running around the casinos. O well s*** happens. 4 and 1 on this trip would be totally acceptable

I keep telling myself it’s a showcase to move him, but the showcase is like when both people go over on the Price is Right Showcase Showdown.
Definitely a showcase. 500 days between Gauthier and Goodrow acquisitions and the fact that Tuch is the only traded player this season to score a goal definitely points to an imminent trade.

Trouba, Kreider, and Goodrow combined for 13 of those 19. The other 15 players combined for 6 shots. Should give you a sense of the "highlights."

Yea, there’s a reason the NHL is boring as shit, there’s two days a year when players get traded.

Yes? If you follow baseball, when it's not in a lockout, moves happen all the time, especially in the offseason.

Hockey trades, though limited also happen throughout the offseason. Baseball fans (I am one) HATE that the free agent signings get dragged out over the course of months. Snoooooozefest.

Meh. With a weakened lineup and Vegas getting the go ahead goal, things like these happen. If NYR would've had the lead, I'm pretty sure Vegas also would've struggled. It's much easier to defend a lead than chase it and has been so for a very long while in hockey. Vegas also stayed out of the box, which didn't help.

Luckly it was to late to watch this shieeet for me. Just catching what is said here, Hajek and Chytil needs to go!

A LD-LD pairing can work at times, but is it me or does like Hajek look like an OK top 4 D on a LD-RD pairing but an ECHL D on a LD-LD pairing? It was the same last season. Our 3rd D pairing was hooooorible.

Kakko is regressing from his 3 week stretch of acceptability at an alarming rate …
