The resilience of that kid is unreal.. he never gives up or sulks like hank.. Quick is a spinning imagine of New York when your down you never quit... I wish Jonathan quick was a ranger

Please.
Rangers would have lost the first series against the Flyers if we had Quick playing like he did against the Sharks.

Yeah, that sucked, but, I do not understand the mindset of part this fanbase to crap on this team when they lose. Yeah, it sucks being down 3-0. But, there are certain posters who only show up in down moments to spew crap. I do not understand that mindset.

Sucks even worse because the Rangers don't make it this far very often. Two SC Final appearances since 1979. I was hoping we'd make the most of this one. :(

This game wasn't nearly as lopsided as EVERYONE is saying. We've carried the play against the best puck possession team in the game. You can't do a whole lot more than that.

And still lost.

This is the playoffs. I'd have taken a win where we had 1 shot on goal.

In this series:

- Mats Zuccarrello has been our best player.

- Anton Stralman has been our most consistent - and arguably best - defender.

- And Hank has failed to come up with the big saves when it matters most (please, Hank defenders, don't jump all over me; there are a lot more problems than just him -- but it is incredibly disappointing to watch Quick making the saves he has made in this series while outside of the 3rd period in game 1, Hank has not seen nearly as many quality chances against where he actually came up with the save).

That is all you need to know about why this team is losing 3-0 in this series. If those things change, great, maybe they win a game and can crawl back into this series. If they don't, well, then this team deserves to lose.

Pretty tragic, but honestly I gave up all my anger after the no interference call in Game 2. I'm upset more than anything, but whatever. Kings played their best game of the series.

When O'Halloran messed up that call, and the linesman called a phantom icing, the NHL handed the Stanley Cup to their new darlings, the Los Angeles Kings.

Games 3 and 4 are mere formalities.

Hope Bettman gets hit with a beer bottle when he goes out on the ice on Wednesday.

6.25% chance to win the cup now if we give the Rangers a 50/50 chance to win every game. We can do it! :sarcasm:

We heard you like the first five times tonight. We get it, you think Quick is the greatest thing since the invention of the wheel, because you have apparently not watched the rest of the rounds he performed in. If we had Quick in net, we would be golfing after the first round.

0 for 6 on the PP. Quick made huge saves, but the team also missed several opportunities to create chances, and instead they made poor decisions with the puck and they paid for it. Kings got lucky breaks, but they out worked the Rangers when it counted.

Yeah, I think you said that back in early May, too.

I don't think they've got much of a chance but you'll have to excuse me if I don't take much that you say all that seriously. You gave up a long time ago.

If I could say what I wanted to say to half the people posting now (keep in mind, most of them were no-shows at the end of every other series) i'd be banned from this forum for life.

Sorry the bolded is true.

Hank FINALLY gets his shot at the cup and he's..........good I guess. After all these years of him waiting I'm surprised this is how he plays.

I'm very shocked at him looking just slightly above average. Quick hasn't just been better, he's been convincingly better.
