Columbus is better than record, this is a good road win. It won't man anything though if the Kings drop the game against Calgary coming up.

That is a must win game.

Yeah CBJ just got done kicking the tar out of the Blues 7-1 and the Sens 4-1. We controlled the great majority of the game. Good road win even with a slight letdown, and ****, it's two in a row for the first time since December IIRC. I'm a happy camper!

But agreed, the Calgary game means more than anything so far, hope the guys get up and stay up this time, now that they've been embarrassed by Calgary a few times, hope they get good and pissed off.

Back-to-back wins for the first time all calendar year? I'll take it. Both ROWs? Even better. Convinced the slump is over? Not yet, but this is a start.

15-7-7 from here out...

:handclap:

Wow, read Rosen's tweet about Regehr gutting it out tonight despite food poisoning. The guy's a warrior.

Sometimes I don't notice when Kopitar's in a game, but I sure notice when he's not. He does a lot of important things that aren't always noticeable.

Yeah, gutsy effort all things considered. He knew we needed him tonight and came through big. Not bad considering how shoddy our d-lineup is...and apparently (per Rosen) we tried to call up Forbort (Schultz hurt) but weather wouldn't comply so it was pretty serious for Regehr.

And yeah, holy crap man, Dwight King. I think seeing him play like this is why people are more annoyed when he's just battleshipping around on a daily basis. Thank goodness he's stepped up big, and hope he can carry this play through.

The system works. Second star of the game in CBJ.

Man, that's tough. Regehr is part of the grit of this team. That's gotta be why he missed practice this morning. He'll probably be on the toilet the whole flight home.

No PGT? I am disappoint.

A win is a win, I'll take it, though it shouldn't have been that close at the end. I'm seriously questioning whether or not Kopitar had a shot on goal the entire road trip. Oh well, hopefully they keep it going against Calgary.

Gonna take this moment to point out that this is the first time this season the Kings have had a win streak on the road. :)

If Stoll stays, and I think he will, it will be a massive paycut. Can't afford to pay a specialist that can't specialize.

As a long time hater of Regehrs inability to play. His performance the last 18 months has made me a fan. His heart and soul combined with his rumbling bumbling stumbling hold-my-beer approach to the hockey side of things is too adorable not to love
