GDT: Los Angeles Kings 2, Buffalo Sabres 0 (Final)

Let's just be happy that the first game the Kings will play with compromised D is against Buffalo. Not to take anybody lightly, but it should be a good chance to work out the kinks.

I'm being told that the Kings are bigger than this situation with Voynov and will persevere ;) #believe

GDT changed to reflect changes in the Sabres' defense pairings. Not sure if its going to make any difference for them.

Enroth is slated to start in goal after Neuvirth started last night against the Ducks.

Not sure about that.
Quick hopefully has not cooled off ( i Doubt he has). Sure it gave Muzzin some time that was needed with the Voynov suspension, but had the kings not had enough D I am sure the NHL would have allowed an emergency call up.
Doesn't matter I am pumped for the kings to play.
 
Game day finally I guess i'm sorta happy we had the days off to at least let things settle down a bit before having to play. I would love to know how recovered Jake really is I hope they don't over play him and he gets hurt. Also I think if A martinez doesn't get top 4 mins and McNabb does tonight it will show to me Alec is on his way out. Anyways as always Go KINGS GO

Do you mean top 4 minutes? All the Kings D will be getting top 6 minutes.

Our team is so good that all our defensemen are a Top 6 defenseman. ;)

Obviously the Sabres have no business beating the Kings, if the Kings choose to show up. It's been an unfortunately eventful break for the Kings, they're playing an Eastern Conference team, maybe the worst one at that, and of course, the Sabres played last night. Should be like 3-0 or 4-0, but with the Kings, it can just as easily be 1-1 late in the 3rd.
 
Multiple platforms and multiple browsers and a learning curve, so bear with me folks. Even a simple, clean GDT requires a bit of work.

Man. Anyone else wanting the game to start already? Curious to see how rusty muffins is. Normally I would be nervous about playing a bad team but with 4 days rest plus buffalo playing last night im hoping its like the Edmonton game.

Having said that, watch the kings lose 3 to 1...
 
I'm excited to see our boys on the ice tonight. It feels like its been an eternity. I'm thankful for the chance they had to rest and regroup though, given the outside circumstances. Hope to see our team rally and show they can handle a tough situation.

That being said, it's a trap.
