London Knights 2024 - 25 Season Thread, Part VII

17 years, without a championship you'd think you'd be better equipped to define the word "loss"
17 years without a championship has nothing to do with VB coming out on the losing end of a scrap.

Went in to stand up for a teammate and I don’t think even threw a punch? No? If he threw one early, it certainly didn’t land let alone do damage.

At least Boulton was bright enough to get the jump on his guy. Gave himself a chance at least.

😜

Is Hunter just randomly pointing at players to go out on the ice. What a luxury when you can do that when certain combos that look good on paper just isn't doing it.

Feel free to celebrate "winning" fights...we will celebrate winning games 😉

London has such an advantage with depth that it's insane. The only way you can lose is if the goaltending completely lets you down. And that appears to be steady enough.
I agree, that London is strong at all positions. And what we are seeing of the Rangers, is what they are going to be for the next two and possibly three years. It's a mirror image of what London were three years ago.

Dickinson has 2 different games. He either puts up 4 points or plays bad defensively. There is no in between.

I just realized who 2025 Connor McMichael reminds me of

Edit: actually a cross between these two

“Denver Barkey out for LDN
-day-to-day (lower body)
-Knights Assistant Coach Dylan Hunter described it as, “not as bad as we thought.”

Question is, are they lying?? They said day-to-day with Brett Brochu too at first. Or was it week to week?

Anyways, they sometimes like to say it’s not that bad to not let other teams think they now have an advantage.

So is it actually day to day or is it done for the season but they are just saying day to day?

Jamey Baskow ( Philly writer) on Twitter said he believes he will be back. Not sure if I believe him or not cause that can mean several things.

They have to say that cause it keeps everyone on their toes.
