5-1 after 2 periods.
Halttunen = Laine 2.0 (good comparison courtesy of Brantford announcer)
Knights PK = Cowan breakaway
(Even still, stay out of the box)
Splitting up the twins paying dividends tonight.
Testa looks good, getting plenty of chances. I hope he has a killer season starting tomorrow!
Brantford goal on a 5 on 3 PP. "Alexanders" hurting with a depleted lineup.
I think sometimes the twins can be apart and thrive (case in point tonight) with that being said I think when we need to manufacture a goal we need those two together

O’Rielly reminds me of Sean McGurn. Just a cerebral player and plays the right way. Not a lot of flash, but still lethal in his own way.
I am thinking O'Reilly is more and more closer to Cowan's mould, they are very similar in a lot ways. Sam O'Reilly is about at the level Easton Cowan was a year ago in the Knights line-up. IMHO

I posted this in the Bulldogs forum but thought I'd bring it here too..

I was at the game last night. What a great atmosphere. The gameday staff were all great, the fans were loud overall Brantford put on a great show!
Only small negative even my 12 year old found the music too loud ( and I enjoy loud music )
The video board promos were cool being able to tweet to them and stuff.

Have to add. The more away rinks I visit the more I notice two things.
1. Our in game experience at Bud Gardens is getting boring. (luckily we get a great on ice product)
2. London has to be the Scotiabank Arena of crowds in the OHL. The Bud is like a library unless the scoreboard says scream or the Knights are parading a trophy around..

This is a newer thing I've noticed. The championship round against Peterborough didn't feel like a playoff atmosphere that I'm used to seeing at the Bud. Maybe too much past success? Fans are too comfortable knowing they will probably win? Must be it, they should lose more ;)

It's been trending thst way for a while. I'm old n since the move from the Gardens where i first got seasons tthere is a difference (yes I agree a new arena was needed but that plave was great when packed.....different demp of fans......
That n Covid took the gas out somewhat...JMO.

Vanilla is the word I'd use.
