Moving Julien to third line with Sim and McCue and adding a Gavin Hayes type OA on the second line gives you a 1A, 2A/2B with the forth kid line not seeing much ice in the playoffs but that depth could lead to the promised land.
Would we get Hayes AND Ludwinski?

Julien has earned his spot in the top 6 IMO

I think it will be more like a 1 top line and 2 lines of 4-9 forwards that are interchangeable.

Barkey-Cowen-Halttunen

Trade (Hayes/Ludwinski/Goure)-Gazizov -O’Reilly

McCue-Julien-Sim

Nichol-Van Gorp-Arrowsmith-Boulton-Spare Parts

Time to release MacKinnon knights need a serviceable OA im not confident he can stand a long playoff run

Tomorrow Sudbury Wolves! Hope this Knights team don't have a short memory, how about full 60 minutes of pay back time
I've seen many a Sunday afternoon game, following a Saturday night off. I can't honestly say that the timing is advantageous for the Knights. Teens universally have been known to party on a Saturday night, and playing a hockey game the afternoon following is a very big ask. The saving grace is that their opponent is finishing off their 3rd game in 3, so it's tough to pick which team will win ???:confused:

Why do you think I made this comment :DD This team is not going to be your usual Sunday afternoon team tomorrow

Sudbury's 3rd game in as many days.
So are every team in this league have to play through them, it shouldn't be used as excuses. I've seen kids playing 4 and 5 games in weekend tournaments many times, they have to make sure they are well rested, drink lots of fluid and that they have the right combination of sugar in their food to build up their energies

Oh ya, that they have lots of ice on hands too

Wolves without Dvorsky, Delic and Vondras should make it much easier for London in the last of a 3rd game in 2.5 days for the Wolves. I sense redemption for the Knights today after the blow out in Sudbury.

Ok! Another excuse, let's follow this up with Bunk Cowan Halttunen and MacKinnon, plus Sawyer Boulton suspended and London playing third game in 4 nights. Just drop the puck, play the game or watch it which ever

The first three sure but the last two are useless to the Knights lets be real! Ok then Sudbury wins today is that you want to here.

Who are these 2 nut jobs on Rogers TV? I’m not talking about Sloan and Doyle either. The game isn’t on TV?

it’s going to be interesting. What Mark does at the trade deadline. Is the top six of…

Barkey - Ludwinski - Cowan
Gazizov - Julien - Halttunen
Sim - McCue - O’Rielly

….good enough in Mark’s mind to standpat and do nothing? I think we all know Julien has earned a top 6 role and so has Gazizov if he keeps lighting it up. I guess the question is, is Sam O’Reilly good enough to consistently be in the top six? Or do we bring in a guy like Paul Ludwinski and put Sam O’Reilly on the third line with McCue and Sim? That would be a great pesky and skilled third line!
Don't forget about Owen Beck or Jax Dubois either...
