Yikes never a good look for a young player. Was it his back last year in the playoffs as sadly he was a non factor for the London series? He can play with a bit of an edge is it catching up to him do you think? I like the kids game when he is healthy.
Unrelated injury. Was lower body in the playoffs. He scored 3 goals in the 4 game series and left early with injury in two of them, wouldn't call that a non factor. Injury is just a freak thing, wouldn't associate it with his play style.

No last year it was his wrist.
It happened just before the U18 tourney and he played thru it .

Wrist injury happened just prior to the playoffs(blocked shot I think), it was a lower body injury that took him out of the playoffs, though as you pointed out, it wasn't severe enough to keep him out of the U18 tournament.

I'm a telecommunications engineer by trade so totally not qualified to give a medical diagnosis but if I were to take a guess, groin injury.

It still baffles me to see people wanting London to sell this year. Coming into the season many people had them ranked as a top team in the CHL. Everyone knows the skill is there. Obviously they haven't played up to the expectations to this point, but they are still 6th in the league standings, 3rd in PP%, 6th in PK%, 2nd in PIM. They have made multiple depth moves at zero cost to try guys that unfortunately haven't clicked. If they can just crack down on the dumb penalties and have a couple more guys step up to last years levels, I would not be shocked to see them 2nd in league points going into the playoffs. (Kitchener might be too far ahead at this point).

Jack Beck went for a 2nd and 3rd but somehow OS fans think Goure will bring a star player… I think the conversation starts with a 2nd and 3rd OR Nichol and two 3rds
owen sound fans are saying they are not going to trade him to london because they could be better then london, you honestly didnt see that? i think all fan bases get their back up when london fans say 'i want that guy' without context or seeing that maybe that team is pretty good too.

Kitchener traded Roman Schmidt to Kingston for a second and a third, this can only mean they are loading the cupboards and going after a big player, my guess it will be Petes Owen Beck
An OA had to be dealt anyways and Schmidt (who randomly came back) would have got the most return. I don't think this indicates going for a big player.

Missing all our talent for tonights game makes these teams closer to even. Goaltending ,coaching and determination will decide winner tonight. O'Reilly and Nicholl's time to step up.
