Agreed. Bowen showed his inexperience by way of overcompensating or overcommitting on a lot of shots. At least on 3 goals against there was a wide open net due to Bowen overcommitting. That needs to stop.

Zack Bowen reminds me of Jake Patterson. He may be good but there is no need to overcommit if you trust your stuff.

Any chance we see Willmore tomorrow night, seeing as the games are on back-to-back nights?

Zack did overcommit and gave up too many rebounds, but he is probably, and understandably, rusty and feeling the pressure, where as Willmore has probably played a lot more recently, and is potentially not as rusty.

Bowen at fault on the 4th goal. That said the team in front of him has let him down tonight.

Also, I don't recall Terry Doyle being this much of a Homer, like ever.
Terry has been covering this team a long time and they never been to the western conference finals. Let him be abit of a homer and enjoy his teams success for once. May not see his team here for another 25 years lol 😂.

Was at the game, but it's a shock to me to be hearing he's a Homer. It's driven me nuts how he's the least biased guy in the league at times haha.

Maybe in such a big series he feels the need to be louder, more emotional? Lol.

Bowen, great numbers this season in his rookie campaign. Having said that, he needs to be better if the Knights are going to advance. Goal 4...slid out of position, Goal 5, weak.
London must have left half the team on the bus tonight, it wasn't a full team effort. And yet if you fix the two big errors on 2 goals (first and fifth) of the 5 scored by Sarnia it's still a 3-3 game and if move Diaco's goal post shot by about an inch and it's a win.

First goal Bowen was left to work against 2 Sarnia in front of him as one defender was coming back to help late and the second defender was way out above the right faceoff circle near the board, resulting in the first goal at 27 seconds. I am not naming players as I am sure they know who they are.

On the fifth goal Knights players watching Sarnia skating at will in circles in their own zone, two of them waving sticks at the puck carrier Dillinghan as he split between them heading in the slot for a shot that eventually Ritchie got his big open rebound from the back board for the goal #5.

The positive is the Knights could have won it had they had their full lineup skating tonight, the game was not lopsided at all, with a full team effort they could have won game three in Sarnia. IMHO

I'd tend to disagree. Brochu stops 3 of those goals. Like another member said, the whole team had a letdown tonight from Goalie on out. D should have done more to protect Bowen and get him into a bit of a groove. Unfortunately the 1st goal was a bit of a deflater for the team.
1st one wasn't on Bowen
2nd...neither of them stops
3rd...left out to dry
4th over played
5th weak

so unless there was another goal I missed...I count 2 he wants back. The team didn't show...can't hang that on 31

I take away from this game even though we weren't even close to our potential...we out played them for 2 periods. That is the take away tonight

I've noticed he's gotten more loud and jubilant when the Sting score and is complaining more when he feels the Sting are getting jobbed than he ever used to.
This is a relatively new phenomenon for Terry. Only started to notice it this season. He used to be the unbiased to the point where it became annoying for Sting fans.
I guess he decided to join the ranks of all of the other OHL commentators in the league some of whom are so biased it's laughable.

Well goal 2 for London shouldn’t have counted. Most blatant trip I have ever seen which doesn’t allow the sarnia defenceman to grab the puck and get it out of the zone so London takes possession then they score. All right infront of the ref with all eyes on the play. Not only should that goal not have happened but it would of put sarnia on the powerplay. Terrible display of officiating.

Del Mastro should have gotten the showers for attempt to injure on Bowen plowing in. See...I can make things up too

Make things up? rewatch goal two like I did. Obvious trip. Hilarious how you cant find a trip in that play. And ya del mastro really went in hard on Bowen … pfft.

Seems to me if all the actions happened right in front of the referee, him being in a much better position to make a call then you, then there must not have been any infraction others then bias fans watching their favourite players tripping over their own feet.

I'd want the first goal back as well. Way out of position left a yawning cage.

Ref was standing watching Edward take Burke's legs out after SARs 4th goal. But he must have just fallen because the ref was in a better spot than anybody else to see it 😂

Video proof of the play 13:05 in the second, rewatching looks like londons stick in his feet. Game is over no reason to continue to talk about it further.

The other one I think I’d want back is the 3rd one, Pastajovs. I agree he was left out to dry a bit, but he overreacted and bit hard. He had Pastajov beat, he was in the butterfly square to the shooter who was in tight and just had to hold his ground, instead he opened up and gave him the five hole to slide the puck through.

The 4th though after more thought, I think I want to give Bowen the benefit of the doubt that while it looked like he overplayed it, it had to of got tipped and changed direction? Hard to tell on tv, if it didn’t get tipped 100% overplay. But if it did, tougher play.
