I hate that every single hockey game I bi*** about an atrocious call. I hate game management

We were outplaying DET up to that point. They missed an easy call or two against DET. BAM, garbage call leads to a PP goal

Meanwhile we have such a hard time drawing 2 non obvious calls (Too many men/ Over the glass)

You can't seriously be defending that goal. 😂

If Skinner literally stood still on other post it's a save, yet somehow he managed to open his 5 hole so wide you could drive a quad through it.

Even Skinner's mom would say he wants that back.

Oilers outplayed them before the PP. After the PP goal the Wings carried the play. The Wings do look faster though and a bit more motivated.

To be fair, it was a legit penalty on Leon. He had a temper tantrum and dumped Raymond behind our net. If he made that play 5 seconds earlier.. then it wouldn't have been called. Was a selfish play I thought. I do agree tho that the refs have been incredible bad.

Oh great the goaltending experts are back.

Was a cross crease one timer on the PK that found a hole. Holes open up when you let that kinda pass through the box. See every single PP Draisaitl clapper ever.

Drai was skating toward the puck carrier. Raymond did a 180 and impeded his progress and Drai swatted him away like a fly.

I'm talking about the team defending. They aren't as tight and consistent in their coverage. This has been happening since return from the All Star Break. Tonight some net front coverage missed assignments.

Holloway/McLeod/Foegele were a line in the 1st 2 games of the season as well when the Oilers were beat up by the Nucks. That line is bad mojo. They have never scored a goal together at 5 on 5 this season yet.

He literally doesnt have to move to stop that puck, somehow he ends up in some awkward position with his legs wide open.
