Shesterkin and Kakko have been the highlights of this year so far for me and they were the main stories of this game.

Kakko is showing good development now.

his shot is good
his passing is great
his hands are excellent
his board work is excellent
his strength appears to be excellent
his skating is average
his offensive decision-making is good
his defensive decision-making is great

This is technically correct, but I’d say his speed and acceleration is average, while his edge work and agility is excellent.

One of the reporters made a good point about Kakko playing with Zib and Kreider. Both of those guys are at their best around the net and shooting the puck. Playing with those two allows Kakko to hold onto the puck a bit more without taking "touches" away from Panarin. Gallant is pushing all the right buttons right now.

Plot thickening?

Im more interested in the shit he’s getting for buying an NFT. Lol what is this world ? And why are Rangers fans f***ing with him ? Who cares tbh? It’s not like he bought a yacht in the meta verse .

also if I sent this post to myself 10 years ago. I’d be like what the f*** are you talking about , me?

Haha, yeah it's pretty common for people shilling NFT's to catch shit like that. It's essentially a scam and bad for the environment besides so i'm okay with the pushback, but I don't have the energy to give a damn anymore personally. This world gets weirder by the day man.

Shesterkin had one bad game against Calgary and a thread about how good he is was bumped. It's so predictable and so stupid.
U care too much about what ppl on the internet think. Who gives a shit if someone bumps a thread. Imo shesty is the best goalie in the world. Some st Louis blues or sharks fan bumping a thread when he plays poorly aint changing my opinion. Also don't care how other fan bases feel about ours. f*** em.

Do you care about others praising our team, if not then why are we posting self congratulatory posts on the main board?

I was thinking that about Nemeth last night, that he had a good game. And Nils too. There was one play I remember late where Nemeth broke up a play in the neutral zone but got pinched by bad puck luck and Nils covered for him on the ensuing break-in. Seemed that the pair had a good night.
Thought the same from what I saw. Nemeth played big. Nils too. I saw a sequence where he was throwing the body quite forcefully. I was surprised it was Nils. He’s really quite robust. He’s short but he’s not a scrub. I think he’s going to end up playing around the same size as Lindgren.

not the only one. should happen once every 2 games, NOT 3 or 4x in one. every time worked against us.
pathetic
I’m going to keep saying this every so often… refs shouldn’t be on the ice. Sit them above in static positions. The league is too fast for them. They miss too much and get in the way.

Let's just get something clear: the team boards are where the real discussion and (rarely) insight takes place. The main boards are for shitposting, picking up points, and "this you?" replies 2 years later. They are for entertainment purposes only, never, ever for useable information.

How dare you question me. Seriously, though, when do you start thinking that they're elite? Having watched the Caps, Cats, Canes and Leafs I do think we might be the least polished compared with them, but I didn't say that, ok (fear of the Negativity Police)?
Really try very hard NOT to be one of the negativity police, so to speak. And like I was leading to, dare I say we are on the verge of becoming Elite. 50 wins is very well within range, but we all know the wins get tougher as the season moves on. That's where I was referencing that we're not even close to running on all 8 cylinders. We can be even better, but the wins might not come as frequently as they have been.
Some of the Wins have been great, coming against some of the teams that I despise the most (Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia and the Islanders), but I digress.
For ME, this team success would "feel better" if Mika had at least 10 goals and Laf was more of a threat offensively. He's just not involved enough and not really in any kind of a groove.
I know it will come, but I can be a "quiet" impatient in a good way.

There's just no way that could happen, or should I say....should happen. Missed calls have always been a part of the game, but somehow they really have to be better not to be in the way. There is so much board play, that its inevitable that they will be.
