Have we beaten the Lightning in Newark since John Hynes was fired? I'm struggling to remember a time we did. We beat them in Tampa once in 2021-2022 and once 2022-2023.

Seriously, we probably haven't beaten them at home since game 3 of the 2018 playoffs.

Then again, we probably have (maybe once) because I feel like I would have seen it tweeted out and posted here if it hadn't happened since then.

Last win against them at home was January 12th of 2020. I think it was the day Ray Shero was fired lol. We didn't play them at all in 2020-2021.

The last win before that was game 3 of the 2018 playoffs.

It's the reverse Jacob Josefson. He wasn't so good at in-game breakaway goals, but was good in the shootout.

Adam Henrique was another one who was good on in-game breakaways, but not in shootouts.

He should try coming in with speed and keeping the move relatively simple more often in shootouts to make it more like an in-game breakaway. The Kane/Kuznetsov slow motion approach doesn't suit him.
