Been winning when I don't visit HFNYR during the game, so I'm doing my duty and sticking to it.

But man, another solid effort. Gave me a bit of indigestion at the end there, but it's okay.

The kid line as the 3rd line really gives us a ton of options. With 3 strong lines, someone's getting a good matchup against Tampa's D. Fil's getting more and more confident. I'm loving it. As a unit, they're just reading the plays well and know where each other is going to be.

More than that, we're somehow the speedy team against Tampa. And we have the skill guys and the grit to back it up.

Was a defensive clinic up until the last 10 to 15 minutes when the Bolts started to jumble lines and push hard. They were breaking up every play and moving the puck out in 2 to 3 touches. More of that please.

I keep hearing how the Rangers are getting better, and it's 100% the kids learning on the fly. They cut their teeth on the Pens and it was close, but if THIS team was playing the Pens it might of been Rangers in 4 or 5. They have grown up so much since round 1 which is crazy. Best possible development year (aside from the obvious which I won't jinx).

Thinking about when @Machinehead had to defend Adam Fox of all people during the regular season.

Could have said this after we tired up the series against Carolina, but I totally underestimated this team this year (and a ton of fans did, rightly so).

I did NOT predict that we would have a 3rd line emerge in the playoffs, nor did I think we would have been the steadier, calmer team. I watch to be surprised, and underdogs do win, but even if this is the last game we win (it won't be), I am thrilled with how this turned out and our future. Feels so much different than 2012/2014/2015.
Agreed on the last part

12,14 and 15 felt like we were barely surviving. I feel like we have been the better team in all 3 series thus far. We’re thriving

This team have now proved they can come from behind. They've proven they can protect a lead. They can kill penalties, score on the pp and if the pp aint scoring, they can score 5v5. We always knew they had great top line talent, defense and goaltending, but now they're looking like a real four line team.

It may still end this series, but I think there's a real chance they battle for the cup. I would never have expected that just a few weeks ago.

Jomboy giving more love to the Rangers than Spittin Chiclets
