Where can you watch it?

The bluray comes out in a couple days

As milhouse said in not so many words : when a bluray DVD is about to drop, let's just say it pops up other places about 1 week earlier than the retail DVD

And oh my god I finally have the subtitles lmao, already a couple of lines from the beginning are finally clearer

That series is a must watch in my book. Top 2 of the best series I've seen this year. Slow but intense at the same time. Great acting and will keep you guessing til the end.

And if you get Apple tv with the free trial (That's what I did) then also watch the movie Greyhound with Tom Hanks if you like war movies.

Being done out of a small budget but still worth it in a year there's not many movies out.

Thanks so much for those suggestions.

If there are others from that platform, please don't hesitate.

Not sure I am allowed to tell you where.....let's just say it's not yet on any major streaming services.

I have Apple TV+ until Dec 17th. Plenty of time left.

Wonder Woman 2 was already supposed to be streaming on HBOMax this Christmas at the same time they release it in theater. But now Warner Brothers announced that most of their movies will be release in streaming at the same time than in theater inlcuding big name like Matrix 4 and Dune.

Expecting others will follow soon.

Warner Bros. to release every 2021 movie on HBO Max at same time as theaters (cnbc.com)

Isn't HBO Max a US streaming service? I believe that we get some of its content via our Crave and HBO services but not the full HBO Max they get in the US, but I'm not sure.

It will be release on Crave but it was originally supposed to be a few weeks after the theater release.....but it might change considering that theater might all be closed in Canada at the end of December. They might make it an early release (costing 20$ to watch it)

Having said that.....there's many ways around this.

And other will follow but not on HBOMax....Amazon already got the movie Coming to America 2 locked for next year.

Finished S2 of Power. Holding up well, just not a fan of rap music but that’s what you get with Fitty producing it. Fast forwarding a lot of really dumb lyrics and nursery rhymes, made it seamless. :sarcasm:

VPN will fix that, I watch BBC and ITP using a VPN. Btw, if you are interested in nature and zoology/biology I found a gem on Apple TV +, it is called "Earth at Night in Color". Night time on the savannah with lions and other large cats hunting, brown bears and wolves fighting over food in a north European forest (my guess it will be either Finland or Sweden) I have only slept 1 hour and 45 minutes since Wednesday morning so most likely I will fall asleep tonight. The episodes are called: "Lion Grasslands, Tarsier Forest, Jaguar Jungle, Bear Woodlands, Wild Cities and Cheetah Plains". With regards to the one called "Wild Cities" I did newspapers runs when I was a kid on my bicycle at 4 AM and I saw a lot of animals. Badgers, foxes and deer plus of course hares and rabbits, rats and bats.

Edit: Narrated by Loke!

Sounds good. Hope they have the segment with rhinos nighttime gathering at a waterhole in the Kalahari. It is really something to see them interacting so gently and at ease.

A friend showed us a few episodes of this show,
OJS-OO-homepage-1920x1080.jpg

On the bucket list now to get there.

Has anyone noticed the abundance of animal related shows? Vets; I've counted at least 6 or 7 different ones, some are actually pretty good. Then there's the behind the scenes Secrets of the Zoo; so far there's at least 4 of those. Also very informative if you're in to that. I wonder what caused their sudden popularity. I'm not complaining, I like animals, but I wonder if sometimes they don't humanize them a little too much.

Just saw that a new Showtime series starring Bryan Cranston called Your Honor is starting tonight. The trailer looks pretty good so I think I'll give this new series a look.

Heisenberg as a judge or a lawyer?

Anywhich way, it sounds good.

I'm a sucker for good law shows.

Wanna take the opportunity to thank @Runner77 for suggesting Goliath. I binged all three seasons and can't wait for the fourth and final season. I've read season 4 is gonna offer Bruce Dern, William Hurt and JK Simmonds, so it'll probably be great.

Hadn't seen Tania Raymonde since Lost, o, m, g, she's all grown-up... hubba hubba

Brilliant dialogue in this week's episode of Warrior, between two surly, pugnacious men.

One of them a corrupt cop (Bill), the other a scrappy, sleazy type (Leary).

Leary: She'll come home, Bill.

Bill: You didn't see the look she gave me.

Leary:

Good women get angry. Do you know why?

Because they know men like us have no business loving them.

And they can't forgive themselves for loving us.

So we pay for it.

We pay cause our f*****g reach has exceeded our grasp.

It was always there, just now there are fewer options with so much crap on,imho.

Anybody seen Mank yet?

Didn't know Fincher was making a movie, his own take on RKO 281 nonetheless. Tom Burke is an odd choice to play Welles, imo.

Anybody seen it? Is it good?

In S4 of Power — if I hear any more characters talking about a “ connect » or a « distro », I might lose it.

Couple of things I've watched lately.

- Mulan: I should have known better to watch a Disney movie....Not that it sucks, but it's Disney. So despite good production overall and great visual effect....the whole thing doesn't make any senses, lots plots hole and lack of depth.

- Greenland: Meh, good premise but badly developed. Not entirely bad but it brings nothing new and in fact it brought less for this usual type of disaster movies like San Andreas, Deep Impact, Armageddon, Day after tomorrow. Lots of hole in the plot too, lack of budget for this type of movie.

- Palm Springs: It's like Groundhog Day and Edge of Tomorrow. The concept is nothing new......but I loved it. Funny, still original, a feel good romantic comedy and I usually hate those. I have to say it help to be a fan of Brooklyn 9-9 (same lead actor)...that's pretty much the only reason I gave it a try cause even the preview wasn't my style but I was surprise, very entertaining.

Can’t stand these Adam Samberg/ Will Smith types of camera hogs with their excruciatingly annoying “look at me” center of the universe, arrogant, shoddy performer vibe. Just can’t relate but to each their own.
