First bad review I have ever seen on that one.
I wanted to be cool and like it as everyone else did but just couldn’t, 1st episode and last half of episode 7 were good and in between just seemed like 5 hrs of filler.

Maybe I’ve just turned into the old guy shaking his fist at the clouds as I’m getting harder to be entertained

Just watched Tenet.......

Don't drink, don't smoke, don't blink and don't go to the bathroom during the movie and even then, you might have to watch the movie a 2nd time to get all the aspects of this well crafted thriller.

Original, complex, the special effect are impressive and despite the movie running for 2h30, there's no down time.
That was something else, loved it.

YES finally someone else has seen it lol
What a f***ing RIDE my god
I cant wait to see it a 3rd time but with SUBTITLES this time lol

excited for this.

Caught that commercial the other night yeah looked really interesting..until they showed the shows title lol... like come on you guys couldnt come up with something better than YOUR HONOR, that's something NBC would do lol

Still will check it out tho, big fan of Micheal Stuhlbarg

Yeah my wife and I watched all six seasons. Like many shows that run this long, it could have been cut down a bit, but I found it worth watching to the end nonetheless. Absolutely love the Tommy character. And 50 Cent is great too but you have to train your ear cause he mumbles all the time.

Power Book 2, the sequel to Power, started this fall, and we're watching that. It's on mid-season break now.
I watched the whole thing but I definitely stopped caring after the plot started revolving around Tarik, just became awful after that. Started off great and could've been a real good series if they had just stayed the course. Instead a 15 year old kid started pulling strings and taking down drug cartels..ridiculous. Cartoon shows have more believable plot lines.

Only saw it once, but I will watch it a 2nd time soon that's for sure.......it was a hell of a ride.
Nolan once again prove why he's one of the best director out there.

The preview made me think about Defending Jacob, I just hope it's not a copy cause it will be hard to top Defending Jacob

The premise is similar to Looper, it's not that original. Not as original as Inception was. And he also took a lot from his past movie. Mix Looper with Inception and you get Tenet.

Meh, i dont think I ever paid attention to a single title. Just is what it is.

Not everybody can like everything, no big deal. My wife and I enjoyed it. It was a nice change from the usual stuff we watch. I thought the young actress did a bang up job

So, my GF hadn't watched The Mandalorian yet and she's a star wars fan, so we binged watched season 1 and half of season 2 and after re-watching the first season (for the first time) my doubts about its possible longetivity remained. They only flirted with a long lasting continuity until reaching the end of season 1, so I was really curious to see if they could give it more direction.

Lo and behold they managed to really open-up the continuity and veer away from the episodic format in season 2, paving the way for several seasons worth of material. Gotta raise my hat off to Jon Rudy Favreau and the few director-actors who helmed episodes. Really like where it's going now.

And that theme song.... it's so good. Best theme song since Black Sails.

Those comic book vignettes at the end are also a very nice touch. Reminds me of the comic adaptations I have of SW.

Is it as hard to understand as Inception the first time you watch it? Btw, I really don't like Interstellar that much mainly because I thought the main male character should have been someone else than McConaughey, who is a fine actor but was miscast in this role. Otherwise Nolan is an amazing director.

Yes but when I thought about original, I was referring a lot to the way the action scene were made.

If you're well versed in physics and the many theories and concepts of time travel/time dilation, one run through should be enough. Otherwise the concepts might be hard to wrap your head around.

Where can you watch it online?

Finally, a reason to get Apple TV. I have an option to get it for free and was on the fence, even for free.

Defending Jacob is an American crime drama streaming television miniseries, based on the 2012 novel of the same name by William Landay, produced by Apple TV+. The series was created and written by Mark Bomback and directed by Morten Tyldum.

Lol.. Its pretty much Inception multiplied by the dark knight action divided by the square root of Memento lol.. It is MINDbending to say the least...

It has the intense and blaring scores of interstellar and dunkirk i mean, SO loud lol.. but sometimes hard to understand what some are saying, those who will watch will know what I mean, .. people in gas masks talking to people in gas masks...hard to hear whats said a lot.. And a lot of the accents dont help unfortunately. Subtitles will help in the future.
But the opening scene is Electric with a capital E, he usually opens his movies with a BANG

Nolan basically mapped the entire movie on just this image alone, the oldest found 2D Palindrome :
Sator_Square_at_Opp%C3%A8de.jpg

Tenet
Arepo
Sator
Opera
Rotas
all show up in the film at some point in some manner

Not sure I am allowed to tell you where.....let's just say it's not yet on any major streaming services.

That series is a must watch in my book. Top 2 of the best series I've seen this year. Slow but intense at the same time. Great acting and will keep you guessing til the end.

And if you get Apple tv with the free trial (That's what I did) then also watch the movie Greyhound with Tom Hanks if you like war movies.

Being done out of a small budget but still worth it in a year there's not many movies out.
