Really strong performance. Amazing what this team is capable of when they put in some effort.

Hopefully Samsonov was pulled for precautionary reasons. Kallgren going tomorrow was always the plan but if Samsonov misses any more time than that, we will have literally one other healthy goalie under contract and he's playing in Sweden (Hildeby).

Liljegren had a really strong game. His ability to move the puck from the right side is huge for this team and his return freed up Brodie to pull up Holl (who also had a strong game).

Gio is the Spezza-replacement this team needed.

Great first 2 periods. They put the pressure on in the third and although my heart was racing, Boston has a good team and the boys worked hard to keep it 2-1.

Really hope Sammy is fine and management just didn't want to take a risk. During that penalty shot I said ouch in my head, as it did look like there was an over extension.
