That's also a grind. He played too many games too soon. He's not used to 44 games in 3 months span

Exactly, he’s a rookie who needs more seasoning. He doesn’t need waivers. Wouldn’t hurt to send him down and call him back up and relight the fire. Didn’t CBJ do that with Kent Johnson this year?

He’s kind of lost out there and you have Robertson who’s actually scoring and can’t sniff top 6 minutes

Leafs are essentially Matthews, Marner, Nylander, Tavares and Reily. Rest of the players are extremely average and their defence is downright awful
