His speed is consistently creating things.

Knies looking good was expected but Minten and Cowan playing so well this preseason is such a bonus. We have really good cheap reinforcements coming at forward over the next couple years.

Yep. He does. Because of his speed (and hands and grit) he looks more useful than Aston-Reese, which is the obvious comparable and AR was last year's PTO.

He also highlights why many of us wanted Kerfoot moved last off-season. Gregor looks like a guy who can give us most of what Kerfoot gave us at a fraction of the price. I would say Lafferty is the same. Slaff plays all three positions, can play up and down the line up and can PK. This is a much better reallocation of cap space IMO.

Robertson should not make the team

He's being force fed prime opportunities and doing absolutely nothing with it

Robertson has played well tbh. Just think he needs AHL games to get his shot back and back up to par but he looks more mature in his spots and when he is passing and stuff

Robertson has been around the action tonight. He’s looked good, though not as good as last preseason. I think he’s slowly gaining confidence here.

Knies is clearly a step above everyone else out there tonight.
