Gibson is a really good goalie...probably top 15, what's the problem?

Top 15 is not elite, and he only started regaining form this year. The past two years before this one, he was one of the worst starters in the league.

Also 15th is literally average as a starter. Being an average starter in the NHL is still impressive, but it is far from elite. He hasn't been elite for a number of years.
