1 he accomplished nothing with toughness. Got taken down easily
2 Tkachuk dummied him
3 He took a run at Stutzle and Sabourin handed him his ass
Getting thrown around, pummeled and beaten has nothing to do with toughness.
*sigh* The POINT is he is not soft like people were saying. He will stand up for himself and for his team mates. He will throw hits. It's toughness.
We need D that can get unblocked shot attempts through. What does it matter how many NHLers their team has? If he can get them through for Arizona he'll get them through for us. He'll get more shot attempts here than he does in Arizona (edit: As in if he can keep getting them through we unlock a part of the offence we currently lack).
5-6 tonight, who is that again? On topic, Dakota Joshua scores how many tonight?
You guys are nuts. You are letting your dislike of the player cloud what he does well.

I have it in NS and the only game I ever had blacked out was a preseason game in Montreal that is only broadcast on RDS in our area. Every other game on every other night is on. I've watched over 20 Arizona games. A dozen Pittsburgh. And over a dozen Colorado.
Mitch scores on our one pp tonight!
thats a hansom fellow if you ask meGoddamn, Elliot looks fantastic.
i am really interested to see the penalty calls tonight. I can’t believe that our leafs who regularly have puck possession of 60% draw such an imbalance (witness the Avalanche and Vegas games; we had 3 pps they had 9).It wasn't even all world goalie Karel Vejmelka in net either, that the Avs have as an excuse. Lucky they won or they would have needed a different excuse to explain their play. One can only think Avs big 3 goal comeback against our Leafs recently, must have lead to come complacency against the Yotes.
Specialty teams tonight might be the deciding factor based on volume of opportunities.
Leafs and Blues have the identical 29.6% PP (2nd overall) but Leafs PK 82.8% (8th) vs Blues 84.2% (5th).
Leafs GF/G = 3.3 (7th) and GA/G = 2.5 (3rd) vs Blues GF/G = 3.4 (5th) and GA/G = 2.6 (5th).
Both Teams have 49 points on the year with a +29 goal differential.
If you looked in the mirror statistically based on above numbers this should be a real close game as goals for and goals against seem nearly identical 5v5, specialty team or overall.

That would be nice.
For Leaf games you basically need tsn and sportsnet apps and that adds up quick.
Nhl center ice is basically for Americans. It doesn't work right here... otherwise I'd get it.
oh don't worry, i'm sure the refs won't disappoint and call some thing that no one in there right mind will calli am really interested to see the penalty calls tonight. and that Clifford penalty? unbelievable!
