The Leafs are such an unlikeably bad team. Outside of Rielly, Bernier, Kessel and JVR there is not a single player on this team that is worth keeping. None. I almost wished the Leafs were a lottery team and we could blow it up this offseason. I have a strong feeling Leiweke will not let this crap stand.

I think they'll start Reimer in the 2nd. Bernier saved some sure goals but he's not ready for three periods of this shooting clinic. It'll shake up the team and rest his injury a little longer.

I remember watching the Bruins put up 70+ shots on the Nordiques. Most shots I've ever seen one team put on another one. Ron Tugnutt probably lost 15 lbs in water weight that game, he only let in 3 goals.

I am giving Bernier slack, but the problem is when it's Bernier it's "cut him some slack", when it's reimer its "Reimer pulling a one-man tank.". The problem with this team is not goaltending, it's stupid and lazy players and stubborn coach.

The reason he didn't go down was because Backes looked like he was going blocker. I think even Backes was aiming top blocker with his reaction. That's just based on 1st look, might have to look at it again.
