I know we controlled the play, but our defencemen were terrible in that period. What has Liljegren been doing with his time off? Clearly not getting better lol. Muzzin and Holl back to their old tricks... Rielly and Brody were fine.

If they keep at it like that it is very unlikely they get shutout. Really bad bounce on that goal, but both D were soft and out of position.

Players get rusty when don’t play, practices and scrimmages only do so much.

It’s crazy how they immediately came out the chute with the best program having never done hockey before. They do have the best basketball show and actually maybe the best weekly program in all of sports with their NBA broadcast & Inside the NBA. Only show that comes close is SNF on NBC.
Only qualm is the score bug needs a shot on goal tracker.

There are times and events that deserve mention and discussion unfortunately MacLean etal seem to believe that it's their mission to enlighten the great unwashed every single broadcast. How about sticking to mostly NHL a hockey on a NHL broadcast?
