To win in the playoffs guys like Dermott are just depth D who should never see a game. The bottom pairing should have a steady vet and if you want Sandin. Can't have 2 rookies/young guys like Sandin and Lilligren.

I think once Dubas signs Campbell you will see him move Marzek. I think he was just insurance this year in case Campbell was up to par. Marzek and Ritchie will provide cap space for next year

I agree with your first paragraph.

Not sure about the market for Marzek. If there is another season of playoff failure, Dubas may not be signing or trading players. At least not those of the Leafs.
