Campbell is not a star.
He is just a backup.
But he is calm and steady and maybe that’s all they need.

Backups become starters all the time. Nothing I've seen suggests that he is not capable.

Also I just love his personality and think its perfect for this market where pressure and criticism can get insane.

Dont feel bad, I have worked with many officials who dont understand that rule either, thus the reason why you thought it was Too Many Men. Line's killing plays because a puck hits a skate when it is rimmed around the boards. Ugh.. Memories. Of course the F up happens during a playoff game too.

Think I took advantage of a lot of these referees not knowing the rule then jeez haha. The guy who first told me about this has played some pretty good hockey so I'm surprised about the unawareness of this among refs.
