He's big, has decent athleticism and his positioning doesn't look Sparks level bad

I watch him some nights and can't understand how the puck seems to just go through him like he's not there

The tools are there for him to succeed
That's just timing that he can't close to the he holes fast enough. Hopefully he's got that figured out

Just play well and win. If they do and it's 2-1 or 7-1 it shouldn't matter. I think this fanbase is really guilty of putting too many parameters on exactly how the game must go each night. It kind of sets one up for disappointment.
  • Need both the core 4 and secondary scorers to score, cause if one group doesn't, we have a problem with one or the other.
  • Need Campbell to be amazing to prove he is a legit #1, but if he makes too many saves by volume or by difficulty, it means our defence is a problem.
  • Need to score a lot of goals and not have it be close, cause this team is skilled, but if we score too many it becomes pond hockey and not indicative of playoff hockey, so we need to learn to win the close games
  • We need an easy win, cause if the game is hard it means we didn't play well, but in the playoffs, the games won't be easy, so we need to learn to win the hard games
  • Need the PP to score cause if it doesn't, it's broken, but if too many goals come on the PP, we suck at creating offence 5on5.

I honestly could go on. It doesn't need to be scripted to some perfect game (which it seems like this fanbase would never be able to agree upon what that definition would be anyway). Just play well and win.

I can't speak for anyone else but I want them to slaughter Buffalo because they need to they need to get some depth scoring because they are getting next to none of it.

This team needs a breakout game.

Hoepfully this will give Woll some confidence
Looking forward to the kid's start

If he wins, easily we have the next Loungo, if he loses, we all know it's Dubas's fault

Setting the tone here. I bring the energy

Liking the change in the lineup, no issue with switching things up and getting some different looks at lines, or some guys who have been sitting playing here and there.

Wow love this lineup.

Kase actually gets to play with good offensive players for once, what a chance for him. I like it, he's got skill.

And I love that we're actually rotating in two guys on a b2b. Fresh legs are better than tired ones.

Good lord Boston Pizza...PICKLE Pizza? I mean I know some turn up their nose at pineapple on pie (not me!!) but pickles? That just ain't right at all!:thumbd:

The only thing I don’t like is Kerfoot on the third line. The dude is a completely different player in the top 6. He’s not capable of being the best player on his line, but he is fully capable of being the complimentary third piece.

Interested to see how Liljegren and Dermott play together. Sandin coming is merely for rest more than anything to do with his performance. He's legitimately been amazing.

I’ always thought when they would make line up changes to a healthy D Liljegren would be the guy they take out. Happy that’s he’s not and they’re letting him run with it.
