There is no structure to the Sabres defense. They constantly leave a Leaf open in their own zone. Ice awareness is non existent.

There is zero 2nd effort and intensity on the puck. the forecheck is leisurely ensuring that they never acquire the puck. They are content to play at a comfortable beer league pace. Mostly as individuals playing their own singular.

This is completely inexcusable. Ruff has to see this. It's intolerable that he allows it to continue.
