Dale Tallon is/was a halfwit. He also gave out 5.5M x 5 years to Dave Bolland lol. Ended up barely playing and on LTIR mostly.

Sadly this group needs a Maurice-like raging verbal smack down to get any kind of emotional response. And they sure aren't getting it from Sheldon "I apologized the next day" Keefe, nor from the Captain Monotone Tavares. Reeves maybe, but it doesn't have the same resonance from a fourth liner.

And that is why the Panthers went to a Cup final and stomped us like an afterthought last year.

Indeed. I still remember our first game on the road against NYI with Tavares, most soulless performance ever (at least until game 3 against Florida last playoffs). I keep hoping things will change ...

Yeah the lack of self awareness is pretty amazing, may be a side effect of in-breeding.

We will all forget about that insignificant franchise by the time the buzzer goes off in the 3rd, while their tiny brains will still be overwhelmed by thoughts of the Leafs, every second of every day.

All this talk about the Gudas scream, but hardly anyone talks about his obvious infraction on the play that lead to the goal. I still can't believe it wasn't a more controversial non-call:



I'm not blaming the series outcome on this play alone, we weren't good enough, but it's still hilarious that the linesman who was staring right at the interference called the goal. Reminds me not to get too excited about the season when this kind of incompetence and/or corruption is frequently on display
